The type of therapy I favor is a strength-base philosophy that includes psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and coaching. This means our work together will be an active and a collaborative process - that is done in a safe environment. This will allow you to see where you are stuck, and examine symptoms and difficulties to understand how they relate to your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Giving you the tools you will need to move forward in a more confident manner.
